Messagent is an SMS filtering app that categorizes texts from unknown senders and routes unwanted messages to iOS's filtered folder. It also includes the "Advisor" feature, which analyzes suspicious messages you voluntarily submit, and personal topic rules you define in your own words.
Filtering is provided "as is". We aim for high accuracy, but no filter can be guaranteed 100%; an unwanted message may occasionally reach your inbox, or rarely, a wanted message may be filtered. Filtered messages are never deleted; they remain accessible in the filtered section of the Messages app. Checking the filtered folder regularly for critical communications is the user's responsibility. Advisor analyses are informational; final decisions and responsibility rest with the user.
Messagent Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the 7-day free trial, billing starts on the selected plan. Manage and cancel via your App Store account settings. Billing is handled by Apple.
The app may only be used to filter messages on your own device and to analyze messages you have received. Reverse engineering, abuse of the service, and deliberately false reports to the Community Radar are prohibited.
Messagent shall not be liable for indirect damages (including losses arising from missed messages) to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
